I am honored to extend my congratulations as you celebrate your 130th anniversary.                             
With headquarters in HongKong and campuses around the world,your school has a remarkable international influence.Generations have you to thank for the education they have received,and I am especially gratefull for the role you have played in the lives of many Californians.The guidance they have received at your schools has led them to great accomplishments in
our state,and I thank you for your contributions to their success.
Again,I congratulate you on reaching this milestone and offer my best wishes for your continued prosperity.
